Terms of Service

By accessing this Website and/or purchasing a service/product on Nerd Network Digital, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

SLA ("Service License Agreement")

We offer support for your website for one month after completion, where we will make any changes/additions that you require.

We monitor your website monthly, as part of the web hosting fee.

After the one month, we are open 12/7 for any support queries, we also offer various support options:

  • Option A: You can purchase “Support Hours” for R150 per hour
  • Option B: R250p/m, and this includes up-to 2 hours of support per month*
  • Option C: R400p/m, and this includes up-to 5 hours of support per month*

Take note, that support hours have an expiry of 6 months, so if you don’t use your support hours one month, they can carry over.


* Support Hours can only used on the following:

  • Updating Text
  • Adding Products
  • Updating Products
  • Adding Images
  • Updating Images
  • Updating Pages
  • Addition of Integrations
  • Addition of Payment Gateways

Support Hours do not cover:

  • Complete Website Redesign
  • Website Overhaul

Sadly we do not offer Refunds on job deposits or payment on job completion.

If you choose a web development package, you are required the make a 50% deposit of the amount. Once the website has been complete (this is agreed upon by both Nerd Network Digital and the client), the rest of the amount will be paid in full. If the rest is not paid, we will not hand over the website, this includes any email accounts etc.

We offer the following payment period for hosting ONLY:

  • Monthly
  • Quaterly
  • Bi-Annually
  • Annually

* Our base Web Hosting package is a yearly period!


Payment can be made via the following methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card (via PayFast)
  • PayPal

We prefer a Direct Bank Transfer for our South African clients, due to the lower payment fees.

When making a payment, please include your invoice number as the Reference.


If there is a non-payment of your bill/invoice, your service will automatically cancel.

Our billing system automatically sends out invoices 5 days before the due date. This should be enough time for the bank transfer times.

Non-payment of web hosting will result in the loss of your website, any and all data on the website and webdisk and any email accounts that you may have. This also includes any other hosting services that you may have. To ensure that this does not happen, you are encouraged to pay in advanced to avoid any inconveniences. If payment is not received, you have 5 days to pay the due amount to prevent any data loss.

Termination of Service

If you wish to terminate your website for whatever reason, you are more than welcome to email us at support@nerdnetwork.digital and we can facilitate that.
